Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the KeepYeet mobile application, available on iOS and Android (the "App"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Omer Yom Tov (KeepYeet) ("KeepYeet," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply only to the App and not to any website.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by tapping Continue where these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to every form of data processing; privacy choices and consent requests are handled separately where required.

Eligibility and No KeepYeet Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you have not reached the age at which you may enter into this agreement or authorise purchases independently where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and authorise any purchase.

KeepYeet does not require or provide a KeepYeet account, login, registration, or user profile. You may still need an Apple or Google store account to download the App or complete and restore purchases. Those store accounts are operated by Apple or Google, not KeepYeet.

Licence and Platform Terms

For the iOS version of the App, the licence is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA for KeepYeet-specific matters and do not replace it.

For the Android version, subject to these Terms and the applicable Google Play Terms of Service, KeepYeet grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control. This restriction does not prevent sharing expressly authorised by the applicable app store or anything that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

The App is licensed, not sold. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA, applicable store terms, or mandatory law.

Ownership of the App and Your Media

KeepYeet or its licensors retain all rights in the App, including its code, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, databases, and other protected elements. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

You retain ownership of your photos and videos. KeepYeet does not receive an ownership or promotional licence to your media. You authorise the App to access and act on media only as needed to provide the functions you request on your device, such as reviewing, sorting, sharing, or deleting selected items. You are responsible for having the right or authority to access, manage, or share the media you use with the App.

Media Access, Sorting, and Deletion

The intended gallery-cleaning experience requires permission broad enough for the App to access the relevant photo or media library. If sufficient permission is not granted, some or all App functions may be unavailable, and the App may direct you to your device settings.

KeepYeet processes and sorts media on your device and does not upload your photo or video library to a KeepYeet-operated backend. Sorting decisions and deletion requests occur at your direction. Your operating system may also require confirmation before media is deleted or moved.

On iOS, deleted items may be moved to Recently Deleted. On Android, the operating system or media provider may use a trash or deletion process. KeepYeet does not control whether an item can be recovered, where it is placed, how long it remains recoverable, when it is permanently deleted, or how much storage is ultimately released.

Review your selections carefully before confirming deletion and maintain suitable independent backups of media that matters to you. Media counts, file sizes, cleanup estimates, and storage calculations displayed by the App may be approximate.

Free Access, Advertising, and Paid Offerings

The App may make some functionality available without payment. Free access may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, feature limits, advertising, or other conditions presented in the App. Free access and its conditions are not promised permanently and may differ by platform, region, App version, store, or current offering.

The App may include advertising or advertising-supported access. Advertising format, frequency, placement, provider, eligibility, availability, and any associated App access or benefit may vary or change. Advertising or any associated benefit is not guaranteed to be available. Current advertising providers and related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

KeepYeet may offer paid features or access through recurring or non-recurring purchases, trials, promotions, or other paid offerings. Availability may differ by platform, region, App version, store, eligibility, or time. No paid offering is available unless it is presented in the App or by the applicable store.

Before you confirm a purchase, the App or applicable store will display the applicable transaction details, including, where relevant, the price, currency, taxes, billing or renewal period, whether the purchase renews, eligibility, promotion terms, and included benefits. Those purchase-specific disclosures and the store confirmation govern that transaction, subject to these Terms and mandatory law.

If a paid offering renews automatically, it will renew unless cancelled or otherwise ended under the applicable store rules. The renewal interval and then-applicable price are shown by the store, and any change affecting an existing purchaser is subject to the notice, consent, and other requirements imposed by the store or applicable law. If a trial or promotion is offered, its eligibility, duration, conversion, and cancellation terms are those displayed before purchase. Uninstalling the App, stopping use, or terminating this licence does not by itself cancel an automatically renewing purchase.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, restores, refunds, withdrawal rights, price changes, billing disputes, and store-account matters are handled under the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, together with mandatory local law. KeepYeet does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

A purchase may not transfer between iOS and Android or between different store accounts unless the applicable offering and stores support that transfer. Rights associated with a completed purchase are determined by its purchase-specific disclosures, the applicable store rules, and mandatory law for the period or scope of that purchase. A purchase does not grant every current or future feature or guarantee that the App, any particular feature, platform, or third-party service will remain available or unchanged indefinitely.

You are responsible for device, internet, mobile-data, telecommunications, and store-account charges associated with using the App.

Connectivity, Notifications, and Third-Party Services

Local media-cleaning functions may work without internet access. Connected functions may require a working internet connection and the availability of app stores or third-party services. Interruptions, maintenance, provider changes, device settings, regional restrictions, or third-party decisions may delay, limit, or prevent those functions.

If you enable notifications, the App may send them for App-related purposes. You can manage notifications in your device settings. Notifications and reminders are provided as a convenience and may be delayed or unavailable; you remain responsible for managing purchases and deadlines through the applicable store.

The App may contain links to, depend on, or interoperate with third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. KeepYeet does not control their independent content, operation, availability, security, or decisions and is responsible for them only to the extent required by applicable law.

App, Offering, and Business Changes

KeepYeet may make prospective changes that are reasonably necessary for product improvement, commercial sustainability or material changes in operating costs, security, technical or compatibility needs, provider availability or terms, app-store requirements, or legal compliance. This may include adding, removing, restructuring, replacing, suspending, or discontinuing the App or aspects of it, including features, free access, usage or feature limits, future paid offerings and billing structures, prices for future purchases, advertising and monetisation methods, providers and connected services, supported devices or operating-system versions, design, UX/UI, and onboarding.

Free-access conditions and future offerings may be changed prospectively. Where applicable law grants protections for ongoing access, a materially negative change will be made without additional cost and with clear advance notice, and KeepYeet will provide any continuation, cancellation, termination, refund, or other remedy required by the applicable store rules or mandatory law. A price change affecting an existing automatically renewing purchase will take effect only through the applicable store process and with any notice or consent the store or law requires.

We may release updates for security, compatibility, bug fixes, performance, legal compliance, or new and changed functionality. Some updates may be automatic and others may require action from you. Choosing not to install an available update may affect functionality, security, or compatibility.

Acceptable Use

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you must not:

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App;
• Copy, modify, translate, adapt, merge, or create derivative works from the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the App's source code;
• Bypass or interfere with usage limits, purchase checks, security measures, permissions, or technical restrictions;
• Access the App through unauthorised automated means, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the App or connected services;
• Use the App unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Availability and Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." KeepYeet does not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or that estimates and results will always be complete or accurate.

KeepYeet may perform maintenance or experience failures involving devices, networks, stores, operating systems, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, digital-content remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to that rule and to the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepYeet is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms, indirect losses, or commercial losses such as lost profit, lost revenue, business interruption, or lost opportunity. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

KeepYeet is not responsible for loss caused solely by your deletion selections, failure to maintain a backup, device or operating-system behaviour, store or provider decisions, internet failure, or other events outside KeepYeet's reasonable control, except to the extent the loss was caused by KeepYeet's breach of these Terms, negligence, or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

Your licence to use the App may terminate if you materially breach these Terms. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will give you an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach. On termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Termination, deletion, or uninstallation does not automatically cancel a purchase or renewal. You must manage automatically renewing purchases through the applicable store. Any rights and obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Transfer, Severability, and No Waiver

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a reorganisation, financing, sale, acquisition, or transfer of the App or business, provided this does not reduce rights that applicable law does not permit us to reduce. You may not transfer your rights or obligations except where the applicable store or law permits it.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, technical, platform, provider, operational, product, or business reasons. Unless a later date is stated, updated Terms take effect prospectively on the effective date shown at the top. Where required, we will provide notice or request renewed acceptance before a material change takes effect.

Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed purchases or remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to remove. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the App. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an automatically renewing purchase.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence or any non-waivable right to bring proceedings in a competent local court.

Before starting a formal dispute, you may contact us at omer@keepyeet.app so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. This optional step does not limit any right or remedy available under applicable law.
